What to Expect
Over 8-weeks, you'll engage with a variety of interactive learning tools, including weekly videos, editable workbooks, and group coaching calls. In addition, you'll have access to curated resources, tools, and optional readings to dive deeper into the curriculum.
Each week there is a 90-minute, live group coaching call that gives you access to the Evolu coaches and other students. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, work through activities, share wisdom with other students and learn from the community.
